Data deletion
Canonical URL for deletion requests from users, tenants and Meta App Review reviewers.
How to request deletion
- Write to soporte@capacero.ar with the subject Data deletion.
- Include the Capa Cero / Switch account email, the CUIT or organization ID when applicable, and the Meta channel (WhatsApp / Instagram / Page) to disconnect.
- We process the request within a reasonable period: account closure, revocation of the tenant’s Meta tokens, and deletion or anonymization of associated personal data, except where legal retention applies (for example, tax receipts).
